Campgrounds using the Campspot platform now have one more way to manage their listings on Airbnb—through a direct integration with DerbySoft,.

In addition to the full-service integration, where listings are managed by a third-party, campgrounds now have the option to use Campspot’s direct integration via DerbySoft. This new integration gives campgrounds full control of their listings without a third-party intermediary.

DerbySoft’s rapid and seamless connectivity helps to enhance the OTA experience and ensure a streamlined and efficient experience for the guest. Operators can now enjoy even more flexibility and control, and a lower cost of distribution, catering to the diverse needs of the campground and guests.

How does it work?

Via DerbySoft, Airbnb listings sync with Campspot to help maintain up-to-date availability taking into account various rules, including minimum length of stay and booking in advance limits. Campgrounds also have full control of both the listing and the guest communications, ensuring all interactions align with a campground’s brand standards and operational strategies, and enhancing the overall guest experience and satisfaction.

How much does it cost?

Campspot charges a $10 per month per park fee to access select integrations, including Airbnb direct. For parks already taking advantage of another integration, there will be no added setup costs. Standard booking fees still apply.

What other OTA integrations does Campspot offer?

In addition to Airbnb, Campspot currently integrates with Booking.com, Vrbo, and Roverpass. All parks that use the Campspot platform are also eligible to be listed on the Campspot Marketplace, the largest camping-specific OTA.
