No, Campspot does not charge for software updates and upgrades. In fact, there is no need to ever download and install updates to our software! Our browser-based application allows us to instantly and seamlessly release updates to all of our customers at once, so your software will always be up-to-date. When improvements and new (included) features are launched, you’ll receive instant access to them at no extra cost.
No, Campspot is an online application. This means that all you need to use our software is an internet connection and a computer with a modern web browser. We recommend the latest version of Google Chrome for best results.
No, Campspot can be used with as many or as few sites as you like. Some of our customers have found it beneficial to initially manage only a select number of sites through Campspot as a way to try out the software.
Yes, many of our customers add a surcharge to customer orders to offset the Campspot reservation fee. Custom site rates and fees can easily be configured using Campspot’s administrative tools.
No, we do not charge extra for rate and business rule changes. Through our powerful administrative platform, you’ll be able to set custom rates, create advanced business rules, and more.
